Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping Calculated At Checkout: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free shipping on orders over $75, which will translate into any order with 2+ books.
Shipping Provider: We ship all packages with the USPS, unless we have special circumstances that would lead us to use another provider for any given order.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping on our website, but you can reach out to us on Instagram and we will do our best to fulfill your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 1-2 days of its expected arrival, please contact us at team@cupidsarrow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use the USPS for our shipping, which DOES allow for packages to be sent to P.O. boxes.
