Shipping & Returns Policy

At Cupid's Arrow Marketplace, we work with a variety of independent sellers and manufacturers to bring you unique products. Because we operate as a marketplace, our ability to process returns or refunds is limited, as we cannot guarantee returns or refunds on behalf of our sellers or manufacturers.

We strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction, but please note that returns are only accepted under specific conditions, outlined below.

General Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the production process, we do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing issues or general dissatisfaction. Many of our products are made-to-order or produced by independent sellers, which limits our ability to accommodate returns or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

✔️ Must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

✔️ Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Your order number

A clear photo showing the damage or defect

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We will review each case individually and work to provide a satisfactory resolution. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A replacement item

A refund to your original payment method

Store credit

 

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Underwear and Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, intimate garments with a crotch, such as men’s boxer briefs, women’s thongs, boyshorts, bikinis, etc., cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Scratch-Off Books: Scratch-off books (such as “50 First Dates”) cannot be returned or refunded once any of the scratch-off layers have been used or damaged.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
